Yarra
Yarra was founded in 1958 and is family owned and operated by Carolyn
and Patrick Adams. The new facility was constructed in 2000 and includes
a beautiful, fully enclosed 100' x 240' riding arena with mirrors and roll up windows, 40 stalls, warm water
wash racks, bathrooms with granite counters, showers and a lounge. The
barn boasts 16' wide aisles paved with non-slip interlocking rubber pavers.
The
main arena has a fully integrated Bose sound system with satellite, CD
and tape
capabilities. We play music throughout the day to enhance your experience at Yarra Yarra.
The stalls are 12' X 12' and most have attached paddocks. All stalls have shuttered doors
and all have automatic water. The indoor arena (100' X 240'), along with the two outdoor
areans (80' X 240" and 70" X 240"), have a sealed, compacted base with premium
"Footings Unlimited" AIRFOOT footing. Outdoor arenas are all weather. There
are ten large turnout paddocks available for the boarders use and a covered and lighted
20 meter round ring and a state-of-the-art "KRAFT" Horse Walker incorporating roof mounted mechanics, affording boarders a second enclosed and lighted lunge ring.
